Six disciplines. One bench.

Most products die in the hand-offs between firms — the EE shop, the app agency, the cloud consultancy. We keep the whole stack on one bench, so decisions made in copper are honored in the cloud. And every seat at the bench hires on its own: just a mobile app, just a website, just a board — or the full build.

EE

Electronics & PCB

The custom circuit board at the heart of your product.

Schematic capture and PCB layout, with sensors, radios, and signal chains selected for the product's real constraints — and prototypes brought up in-house.

FW

Embedded firmware

The software inside the device that makes it sense, decide, and respond.

Real-time microcontroller firmware: responsive interfaces on embedded displays, custom wireless protocols, deep-sleep power budgets, and over-the-air updates.

WEB

Web development

Your product's home on the web — from first landing page to full platform.

From landing pages and web stores to multi-tenant SaaS platforms — fast, modern front ends on solid backends, with role-based dashboards and test suites that let them grow safely.

APP

Mobile apps

The app in your customer's pocket, talking to your hardware.

React Native and native iOS. Camera and QR workflows, BLE links to custom hardware, and offline-tolerant sync for people working on their feet.

AI

AI & automation

Paperwork that reads itself and workflows that run themselves.

LLM document pipelines that read POs, invoices, and mill certificates; natural-language interfaces to live ERP data; agentic back-office workflows with deterministic guardrails.

IOT

Industrial IoT

Your machines reporting how they're doing — live, before anyone walks the floor.

OPC UA connections to plant-floor PLCs, live telemetry through InfluxDB and Grafana, and alerting that reaches the team where they already work.

Our work

Products that made it out of the lab.

Four case studies from one bench: two products of our own, taken from first idea to patent-pending hardware — and two systems running every day inside a manufacturer's operations.

HARDWAREFIRMWAREMOBILESAAS

LiquiTrak

In-house product · patent pending

It started with a question: could refillable aluminum bottles replace single-use plastic in hospitality? The catch — housekeeping can't see through aluminum, and they can't service what they can't measure. LiquiTrak became the answer, built in three layers:

  • THE DEVICE

A handheld scanner identifies each tagged bottle and measures its fill level ultrasonically in seconds — no opening the bottle, no guessing.

  • THE DATA

Every measurement syncs to the platform: which bottle, which room, how much is left. The refill station weighs each refill — a second source of truth that keeps the model honest.

  • THE INTELLIGENCE

An occupancy-aware model predicts when each room runs low and schedules swaps and refills before anyone notices — with a mobile app that tells housekeeping exactly where to go.

  • custom handheld device
  • embedded touch UI
  • multi-tenant SaaS
  • housekeeping app
  • predictive analytics
HARDWARECOMPUTER VISIONMOBILE GAME

Putt2Play

In-house product · where golf meets high stakes

Mini golf you can take anywhere — an entertainment system that sets up at a picnic, a barbecue, or the living-room floor, and gets smarter when you open the app:

  • THE KIT

A portable 13-hole ramp with putting mat, club, and ball. Durable, quick to set up, and fun on its own — no phone required.

  • THE DATA

Sensors in the ramp report every made hole wirelessly, and the phone's camera tracks the ball live against the ramp — the game always knows where the ball went.

  • THE GAME

A mobile game built around the hardware: card-based putting modes where every hole is a playing card, up to six players, characters, stats, and leaderboards.

  • instrumented ramp
  • wireless controller
  • real-time ball tracking
  • cross-platform game
AIWEBERP INTEGRATION

AI Workspace

Steel & tubing manufacturer, New Jersey

A workspace layer designed on top of the company's ERP that puts AI to work from the front office to the shop floor. Purchase orders read themselves into the system, invoices are matched three ways before a payment goes out, and anyone can ask the ERP questions in plain English — no IT ticket required. Order entry that took half an hour now takes under two minutes. Nine tools across six departments, in production and in daily use.

  • AI document processing
  • natural-language reporting
  • live ERP integration
  • role-based workspace
INDUSTRIAL IOTDATA

Machine Telemetry

Steel & tubing manufacturer, New Jersey

Data-collection tooling wired straight into production machinery. Vision-inspection stations stream cycle counts, rejects, and throughput in real time; the system watches the numbers hourly and daily, and the moment a machine stops or quality slips, the alert lands in the team's chat — before anyone has to walk the floor to find out.

  • shop-floor data capture
  • live dashboards
  • quality alerting
About

A studio built like a workbench.

TechTile Labs is a product development studio that takes an idea through working prototypes all the way to a shipped product — the device, the data it captures, and the intelligence built on top, designed as one system.

Some clients arrive as engineering teams that need one missing discipline; others as founders with a napkin sketch. The bench is the same: electronics and firmware, web development from landing pages to web stores, mobile apps, AI, and industrial data systems. Because one studio owns every layer, integration problems get solved at design time instead of discovered at launch — and clients get a single accountable partner from the first feasibility sketch to the day the product ships, and after.
