Fair questions

Will connecting to our machines interrupt production?

No — connections are read-only wherever possible, and installation is scheduled around your shifts. The floor keeps running; it just starts reporting.

What does machine monitoring cost?

The first machine is a bounded, fixed-scope engagement — you get a live dashboard to judge before committing further. After that it's priced per machine and per system connected, not as a plant-wide contract you have to sign blind.

Our machines are decades old — can they even report?

Yes. Machines without controllers get retrofit sensing — current draw, vibration, temperature, cycle counts — which is exactly why this studio keeps an electronics seat. Age is a wiring problem, not a dead end.

Does our data have to go to the cloud?

No. The stack can run entirely on your network, in the cloud, or split between the two. Remote access is optional and controlled — your IT keeps the keys.

We already have SCADA / an MES — is this redundant?

We integrate rather than replace. Most floors we see have islands: a SCADA here, spreadsheets there, and no live picture across them. The value is in connecting what exists and filling the gaps.

Who maintains it after installation?

The system is documented and monitored, and we stay with it — adding machines, tuning alerts, and keeping it healthy. It's built for your team to own, with us on call rather than on retainer.
